Dopeman summary:
Dopeman manga, "This is the Narcotics Control Department. Drop your weapons!" This is Japan where narcotics were legalized. It is here that some drug addicts have attained supernatural powers thanks to the new drug called Icarus. Those addicts, called dopemen, became a threat to common people.
